| SELLER’S DESCRIPTION: | A nice cabinet photo of 4 men being hanged in Cavite Philippine Islands during the Philippine insurrection. The photo shows 4 men being hanged, 4 coffins under the scaffold and two priests (as the Philippines is largely Catholic). There is a large contingent of soldiers, probably to prevent an intervention by insurgent troops. The photo measures 4.75 x 7 inches and 8 x 10 inches mounted. The photo has a crease in the center that was created when the photo was originally mounted, as the crease is not seen on the mount. This photo comes from my personal collection, and is only for sale for two weeks, until the State of Washington allows me to reopen my business ( Statewide Virus Stay at Home Ban) This image has been in my collection for decades.
